Salon Policy:
Late Arrivals:
As a courtesy to others, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are 15 or more minutes late. Please call ahead if you anticipate being late for your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Each client is allowed ONE late/ emergency cancellation. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% and No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service charge. Subsequent appointments will require a deposit.
Deposits:
A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required for repeat no-shows/ cancellations, for anyone who cancels after the 24 hour cancellation period, or any transition or fashion color that is booked for a time longer than 3 hours. This will be applied to the service price at check out, and a card is required to be kept on file. *A Cancellation Form will be provided and will need a signature. You also have the option to fill out this form electronically using the PDF linked on screen and send it to us through our email.

Returns and Exchanges:
We allow 90 days for you to try out the product. In the occurrence that you have an allergic reaction, the product isn't to standard, or you're not getting the results you were hoping to achieve, bring the product in for a refund, exchange or we can provide you with store credit or a gift card.
All sales are final for the following:
Any discontinued or sale items, Cosmetics or lip savers, hair brushes or accessories, any roller ball or composition oils, bath bars, candles, art or jewelry. We do not accept returns or exchanges of samples or products purchased from Amazon, another Aveda salon, or any other retailer. Please seek your return, exchange or any inquiry with the purchasing retailer.
